A judge has disagreed to send Chris brown to prison. At Monday’s hearing, Mark Geragos, attorney strongly defended against the LA County District Attorney that Brown needs to be locked up for the assault case in Washington DC.
They also said that they had witnesses to prove that Brown had violated his terms of probation following his assault on Rihanna in the year 2009.
Geragos added that his client Chris Brown has been great during the program and did not need that progress to get stopped. He was ordered to spend 3 months time at a resident centre for treatment on 20th Nov 2013.
Chris Brown had finished 109 hours of community service and the results of his last 4 drug tests has been negative, said his attorney.
The 24-year-old arrived sporting a blue button down shirt, diamond studs, blazer in brown and jeans while his hair had the usual shade. He arrived along with his mom, Joyce Hawkins and girl friend, Karrueche Tran. His lawyer said that to keep things on a short leash, it is better to keep where he is now.
