Paul Walker’s mother has applied to become the guardian of her son’s daughter Meadow Walker.
Cheryl Ann Walker filed a legal petition this Monday to be appointed as the guardian of the 15-year old. The teenager also inherited the estate worth over $16 million from her father, Paul Walker who was killed in a car accident in November last year.
Based on the documents filed in the court, Rebecca McBrain, ex-girlfriend of the Fast and Furious star and his daughter, Meadow live with Walker’s mom. Cheryl Ann, who is also a registered nurse, has made a claim in her petition that Rebecca has a drinking problem.
The will of the 40-year old Paul Walker also had Cheryl Ann as his daughter Meadow’s guardian. The star of Varsity Blues spoke about his life with McBrain and discovering out that she was pregnant in an interview earlier with WENN.
He confessed that it was tough and he attended Christian school where he was taught that dad and mom must stay together. He also said that he was having fun with girls and also slept with friends of McBrain and he called himself an animal. He also confessed that he felt guilty about it.
