Jon Gosselin is not the person who is shy about expressing his views of concern regarding the decisions of Ex Kate Gosselin.
Amidst of many reports circulating that the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star has plans to sue his ex-spouse to gain the custody of their sextuplets who are 9 years of age, Mark Heller, his attorney has confirmed that he is ‘most likely’ to take action.
He also added that the star might take legal action against Kate as he thinks that it can be a violation of the custody agreement provision.
This decision might be owing to the stir up of media that speculated the appearance of Kate and their twins – Mady and Cara aged 13 years in the Today show. The View featured the negative responses of Jon and the twins’ view about their dad on the show.
Heller explained that the agreement between the couple was that if she goes out of town or requires leaving them in the custody of a nanny; Jon reserved the rights to refuse the baby sitter and had the option to let his kids stay with him. But this privilege was never given to Jon by Kate as she always leaved the kids with their nanny.
