It has been announced by the NBC that Cher would make the guest appearance at the finale of the 4th season of The Voice to be held on June 18.
The television network has said that it would be the first time for Cher in about a decade to appear at a live TV performance.
The legendary singer, 67, would sing Woman’s World, which is the first song of her upcoming album that has the same title. The album Woman’s World is her first album in almost a decade and will be released on September 24.
The awards that Cher already has to her name include an Emmy, a Grammy, and an Oscar, along with three Golden Globes. She is the only singer with No. 1 single in Billboard pop charts, each in a chain of decades in the past.
As she took a break from her singing career, this actress-singer had been working with her films. In the 2010 movie burlesque, she made an appearance alongside Christina Aguilera. Cher has been the executive producer of the documentary on the life of her mother, with the title Dear Mom, Love Cher.
A new champion would come out next week as The Voice holds its finale for the fourth season.
